AD user screen flashing

Question

So an individual user is experieriencing screen flashing.

I have changed the users device 3 times and it takes about a week and the issue reoccurs.

The same devices have now been used for others users and there is no issues.

I can only assume this is an AD issue.

Just need some assistance with this.

All 3 devices are on windows 11 and are on 22H2.

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are  having query\issues related  to Screen Flashing.

1. Could you try adding this account as the local admin of another Computer and logging into that device to see if the issue persists? The hardware in your workplace is standardised.

2. Please verify that User is member of which Group or OU and if there are any GPO pushed for this user.

3. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.

4. Cleanup below Temp folders location -> Open Start -> Run -> Type below location one-by-one and press enter 
    ->  C:\Windows\Temp
    ->   %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp

5. Run sfc /scannow from elevated prompt.

6.  Run below DISM commands  from elevated prompt.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online  /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
