Unable to download the certificate as there is no option to download

I cleared exam yesterday i have passed the exam.
But in the certification dashboard no option to download the certificate.
I have not got email also about clearing the exam.
I just have a printout that i have cleared ,and in portal it shows passed but no option to download certificate

What exam number did you pass? Some exams do not result in a certificate, such as those that have pre-requisites.

Ok, that does appear to correspond to a certificate. Congratulations.
In the Microsoft learn portal, when you navigate to your profile/certifications, you should have a "Certifications" section on the right hand side. See the image below.
If so, you can click on "view certification details" and that will give you an option to print the certificate to PDF.
You should also see your certificate under "Transcript" on the left hand side.
If you are only seeing an exam pass, "Past exams in the image" then remain patient and the certificate should appear shortly. My certificates have always shown up within 48 hours and typically much quicker.

48 hours are completed i still dont see certificate option.
