Looks like there is an issue in UI, we have escalated this issue to respective product owners and are working with them on this.
Workaround: To around the problem, please do clear the cell and then input/type the timestamp in this format: hh:mm:ss AM
or hh:mm:ss PM
and it should display the history for the specified time range.
Hope this helps to unblock you. Please let us know if you are unable to set the timestamp as I showed in the above GIF.
