Hi!
I know Exchange 2010 is out of support and we have a plan to upgrade it but I am here to ask if its possible to move the current Exchange 2010 to new server quickly or if we can use two Exchange 2010 at the same time?
If we install Exchange 2010 on new server and somehow use the same setup as the current one?
If someone can provide any guidance on this?

It's possible install new Exchange server and keeping the same Exchange version . You can have many Exchange servers working in same time in same organisation
But If you have Exchange 2010 SP3 alreday installed , you can migrate it directly to supported version like Exchange 2016.

Thanks. Forget to write that our Exchange server doesn't have any mailboxes. Its hybrid configuration.
Can you point me to some google and easy documentation to have another 2010 server.
We are running Standard Version 14.3 (Build 123.4). I am not able to find the SP detail.
As per google search it looks like 14.3.123.4 is SP3.

The issue with migrating to 2016 might involves lot of settings and right now we just to go with easy solution until we are ready for new migration.

@Anonymous How are things going on? We are waiting to see if our problem is resolved. If there is anything update, please feel free to let us know.
Is it possible to migrate the existing Exchange 2010 to new server. It may require little more skills to migrate to 2016.
Or if we can install another Exchange 2010?
We have to do Ad schema update as well. So may be more things needs to done before we can migarte to 2016.

If you want to migrate to Exchange 2016 , you have to update schema before installing new Exchange server 2016.
You need to use a admin account member of schema and enterprise group:
Prepare Active Directory and domains for Exchange Server
