Sometimes, Keyboard is not working in Windows 11

Hi,

Sometimes while I'm working with my laptop, the keyboard not working until I reboot the system, what's the problem?

I experiecne the same problem. Contacted HP the maker of my laptop and sent it to them for repair twice with no luck. MS suggestions do not work as well. It is like a subroutine or hidden program stops the keyboard from responding and the only solution is to shut down the computer. I also notice that the computer will not shut down until I hold the power button down until the unit shuts down.
