Effective immediately after the install of 2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022913), I have lost access to my Synology NAS file server. The NAS is setup using SMB2 or higher and accessible through a workgroup. Nothing has changed on the Synology drive. After the MS update, I am prompted to enter network credentials, I enter the proper credentials, and then prompted with the following dialog box.

"\servername is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.

Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again"

Hi. Thank you for your question and reaching out. I’d be more than happy to help you with your query

This is actually a known issue. I highly suggest to you to downgrade or update your NAS firmware. You can also disable the SMB2/SMB3 if the protocol is enabled. And make sure that the you have the latest Windows updates and the version of SMB should be enabled.
