Delete unused synapse managedrdg

Hello,

I have the following issue:

  • I have 2 synapse managedrg resource groups (but only one synapse workspace and resource group)
  • It seems that I have 1 synapse-managedrdg that is not linked to any synapse rdg and I would like to delete it (It may be linked to an issue while creating the synapse resources by script). Apparently it is the one located in East US that is not linked to my synapse RG. I am unable to delete it because of a deny assignment. The deny assignment cannot be modified.

Is there a way to confirm that this synapse-managed-rdg is not used by any synapse workspace and delete it?

    Hi Frederic Alizon,

    Thank you for posting query in Microsoft Q&A Platform.

    I researched a bit and find that with resource group name, we cannot get the corresponding synapse workspace name. But inside managed resource group, when we navigate to Resource Visualizer, we can see some in build SQL servers with the corresponding workspace name. This way we can locate the corresponding workspace names and then take a call to delete them or not.
