Insider risk Management Purview Set-up.

Hello,

I'm trying to set up Purview's Insider Risk Management but I'm totally stuck. I have a Global Administration Account with an MS E5 license and want tot test IRM with a group of users with MS E3 + E5 Compliance add-on licenses.

When I try to set-up IRM settings, I get the error "Sorry, couldn't load insider risk settings. Try refreshing the page."

I've obviously tried to refresh the page, change license types for my admin account and users but I always get the same error message.

I'm sure I'm missing some previous setting, license assignment or similar but I'm unable to find it.

Any help will be appreciated.

Check your permissions: Ensure that you have the appropriate permissions to access the insider risk settings. The settings might be restricted to certain roles within your organization.

Check your network connectivity: Ensure that you have a stable network connection. Try accessing the insider risk settings from a different network or device to see if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, if you have a support plan could you please file a support ticket for deeper investigation and do share the SR# with us?

I've tested option 1, 2 and 4 without positive results.

For option 3, I access MS Purview portal using an Azure Global Administrator account with an E5 license. Also, I've added this Global Admin Account to the Insider Risk Management role group in the Compliance portal and I'm still getting the same error when trying to set up the IRM settings.

I've also used Chrome and MS Edge for accessing the same negative result.

Honestly, I don't know what else I can try. I'll open a case with Microsoft and hope they can help me.

@PRADEEPCHEEKATLA Hello. Sorry for the delay on the answer. We finally contacted Microsoft and it seems there was some issue with the settings portal. They corrcted it and it's working now. Thank you vey much.
