Cannot delete admin role group in exchange admin center

Hi all,

I have created a "role group" in Exchange admin center named "test import/export mailbox"

have not assigned any users to it and only one permission "Mailbox import export".

i cannot edit, assign any users to it or delete it,

i have a permission to do so, everything works fine with other role groups, except this one.

This is what is shows when i press Delete

    how about Exch Powershell?

    Remove-RoleGroup "test import/export mailbox"
