Hi all,
I have created a "role group" in Exchange admin center named "test import/export mailbox"
have not assigned any users to it and only one permission "Mailbox import export".
i cannot edit, assign any users to it or delete it,
i have a permission to do so, everything works fine with other role groups, except this one.
This is what is shows when i press Delete
This is what happens, if i try to add a admin.
Please advice.

Agreed with Andy that it's suggested to remove the role group using Exchange Online PowerShell instead and check the result. See Use Exchange Online PowerShell to remove a role group. If it works, you can click the "Accept Answer" button under Andy's post so that others experiencing the same thing can easily reference this!
If the issue persists, could you share the error after running the command (if it has)? Also you can run the
Get-RoleGroupcmdlet to check if the group is still listed in the result.
