Hi,

I have a problem with tagging shift's users on my team group chat on Teams.

I have already added my users to their own shift but when I try to tag them, Teams doesn't recognize my mention.

Could you help me?

    Hi @Anonymous

Do you mean to set up tags but mention them while chatting but not recognizable?

Does the Teams web client have the same problem?

To narrow down the client's problem, log in to the Teams web client in incognito mode and follow the method in the article to recreate the label to see if the problem exists. For more details, please refer to: Using tags in Teams.

Check to see if the individuals you're attempting to tag have accepted their shift invitations and are participating in team activities. Try restarting the Teams app if they are still having issues being tagged, or ask them to check their notification settings to make sure they are set up to receive mentions.
