Error when training in an existent workspace

Once we have created a new in an existent workspace, and just after upload the files for training, we get an error.

Oops, something went wrong

An error has occurred and we are working to fix the problem. Check back in a couple of hours, or feel free to reach out to us at custommt@microsoft.com.

This issue is related to other ticket I have recently issued "trained models in CT were not visible for a workspace". these two problems are occurring in the same workspace.
Please, help. We have 30 deployed models in that workspace that it's not sure that they are working properly and we cannot add any new one.

Santiago, Luis Javier I would like to understand if you have already submitted a support case with Azure or are you referring to this this thread that was posted on MS Q&A?

For issues related to customer data it is only possible to lookup only through a valid support case submitted from Azure portal. If you have already submitted one from Azure portal you can let me know the case id to check if there is any progress.

If you have not submitted one already, please let me know if you have a support plan for your subscription to submit one or we can enable you a one-time free support case that you can submit from Azure portal and a service engineer will be able to work with you one on one. I hope this helps!!
