    Hi,

    What's your SQL Version?

    Capture

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/system-center/orchestrator/system-requirements-orch?view=sc-orch-2022#sql-server

You can upgrade your installation of System Center 2019 Orchestrator to System Center 2022 Orchestrator by using the information in the below sections:

To upgrade to Orchestrator 2022, ensure that Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server is installed on machines that host the Management Server, Runbook Service, Runbook Designer, or the Web API Service.

Before you attempt the upgrade, ensure that your environment is upgraded to the supported versions as described in System Requirements for System Center 2022.

    Upgrade steps

    1. It's recommended to have the latest UR (UR3) installed on Orchestrator 2019.
    2. Perform a full backup of Orchestrator database. For information about backing up the Orchestrator database,
    3. Uninstall the Orchestrator management server, any runbook servers, the Web Service, and the Runbook Designer.
    4. Install the Orchestrator management server in System Center 2022 as described in Install Orchestrator.

    Hello Luis,

you need Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server v18 (see: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/system-center/orchestrator/system-requirements-orch?view=sc-orch-2022). Uninstall "Microsoft OLEDB Drive 19 for SQL Server" and install Version 18.

    Regards,

    Stefan

    Hi @XinGuo-MSFT

I appreciate your help. But according to this SQL Server is supported and it is installed on Windows Server 2019 and I think is supported , according to the follow:

    User's image

And Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server is installed on the server where Management Server, Runbook Designer and Web API was installed, but the Runbook Server role cannot be installed.

    User's image

I do not understand if there are some components missing or If I have to configure anything else. I follow all the instructions according to Microsoft Migration Orchestrator from 2019 to 2022.

I hope you could support me.

    Best Regards
