Anyone can help me?

I am having an issue that the email is getting delayed on the user end.

We are using Microsoft Exchange 2019 and the client we have provided to users is called "EM Client".

  1. We have just moved from Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2019.
  2. We use "EM client" on user end and we have been using this client for almost four years but at that time we had Exchange 2013 and "EM client" was working perfectly, never any email delay complaint.
  3. Ever since we moved to Exchange 2019, we have been complaining about a lot of email delays.
  4. This issue is also happening on our internal e-mail and if someone is sending us an e-mail from another domain, we are receiving it very delay.

    Hi @ Muhammad Yousuf Ansari,

    1. Since you are using a third-party product(EM client), kindly note that we may not be very familiar with it. If possible please also contact their support for help.
    2. Check the headers of delayed messages and see where messages are delayed. Plug the headers into: https://mha.azurewebsites.net/.
    3. You can use the get-queue command to see if there are a large number of mails stuck in the queue, or use the queue viewer to check if there is a problem.
    4. Check backpressure to see if there is enough disk space on the drive.

For details about back pressure, you can read this article: Understanding back pressure.
