Azure DevOps Server 2019 Update 1.1 install error "The Hash Value in not correct"

Started to install Azure DevOps Server 2019 Update 1.1 from .exe had to abort as the server had no internet access. Now have the iso file but when i try to install i get an error:
"The hash value is not correct"
So maybe some partial install issue?
Extract from log:
