I can't open Control Panel

When i try open Control Panel, windows show this error message:

We can't open 'Control Panel\All Control Panel Items'. To help keep your data safe, the location is blocked.

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Control Panel not accessible.

If this is your Company Domain joined computer then it can be due to Group policy applied which blocking access to control panel.

If this is your Personal or Non Domain joined PC then to enable the Control Panel:

Go to > Open User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel

Set the value of the Prohibit Access to the Control Panel option to Not configured or Enabled.

Click OK.
