How to configure Android Authenticator app in shared mode from Managed Config via EMM

Question

I am attempting to setup the Microsoft Authenticator Android app in the Shared Mode via Managed Google Play + Managed Configuration. I have all the information needed, except for the last key:value pair. Where am I to find the "Shared Device Mode Registration token"? I have the UPN for the account and the AD tenant ID.

I can easily configure the Authenticator app if enrolling in Intune with AD Shared Mode, or if manually signing in with my cloud.admin account. However, I am trying to use a different EMM (doesn't matter which) and leverage Managed Config to pre-register.
