MCID for my Certification Profile is having an error and I'm unable to access past certificates

I was checking to see my past certifications I had taken on this Microsoft account and saw that the MS-500 certification I took in August 23rd, 2020 is not showing up on my certifications. Instead, I saw this below.

When I went to click on "Connect certification profile", it said that the MCID associated with my personal account is already connected with a different Learn profile. However, the MCID appears to be having an error as shown below.

I have taken the MS-500 exam before and I am not sure why I am not able to see it. The certification was valid until August 23rd, 2022, so does that mean I won't be able to see it on my dashboard?

I can also provide a copy of my official transcript of all the certifications I had taken on this account before I had this issue which also includes the certification number of each exam if needed.

I cannot access my certificate or transcript on this account and my MCID is having an issue, can you please help me with this problem? Thanks.
