How to ungroup buttons on Windows 11 on taskbar

Hello,

I am sure this has been asked but I haven't seen any recent news about why Windows 11 combines the toolbar buttons. I am literally driving myself crazy over this. Is there a way I can go back to Windows 10? This is a major deal breaker for me. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

    While this is currently not possible with Windows 11, I recommend you to drop a feedback on this to Microsoft, using Feedback hub app.

    This feature is getting scary. This Morning I was working without my encrypted VPN for 2H because the grouping put the VPN's connection error message as a window and it did not show up, instead it became part of the app group and I never noticed it.

    I can see troubles on the horizon for Microsoft, if you dont get this fixed ASAP.

    I guess my only option is to request a windows 10 licence from my IT dept.
