Thanks for screenshots. From the screenshots, the State/province section has been left blank, leading to the registration failure. You can solve this issue and complete the registration by filling the State/province section with abbreviations.

For example, enter SH for Shanghai.

This fix does not work. Tried it few times with different addresses just to check. No success.
