For pre-built third party solutions, such as QuickBooks, you can utilize Azure Marketplace. Azure Marketplace is an online store that contains thousands of IT software applications and services built by industry-leading technology companies. You can find, try, buy, and deploy the solutions you need to build new solutions and manage your cloud infrastructure on Azure.

When searching Azure Marketplace I was able to find one solution which might suit your requirements. You can find the pricing details on the Marketplace page.

If this doesn't work for you, installing the software on your own Azure Virtual Machine is also possible. This blog post goes through some of the requirements for setup.
