Does the Teams web client have the same problem? Please try to use the Teams web client (https://teams.microsoft.com) via Incognito/InPrivate browsing window with latest Chrome/Edge Chromium to check this issue.
If you are using desktop Microsoft Teams on Windows OS, please clear local cache for desktop Microsoft Teams to troubleshoot this issue, you may refer to the steps below to clear the local cache for Microsoft Teams.
• Quit Microsoft Teams if it shows on the status bar.
• Copy and paste the following location (%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams) into File Explorer.
• Delete contents of the entire folder.
• Restart Microsoft Teams.
