The user connects to the rdp session on the terminal server for the first time. A profile file is created on a network folder. Everything connects fine. We logoff the user session.

The user connects to the rdp session on the terminal server again. The user profile does not connect to a file on a network share.

error in log file:

    Hello there,

Have you tried Checking the log files, and status, reason and error codes?

Try the following troubleshooting steps and see if that helps.

-Make sure that the user has read permissions on the C:\Users\Default folder.

-Check that a roaming or Remote Desktop Services profile has not been set for the user.

-Check the FSLogix logs, and see if a local profile already exists for the user.

-Check that the file share is reachable using the FSLogix Profile Status tool.

-Check that the FSLogix Apps Services is not disabled or stopped.

Hope this resolves your Query !!
