Live Meeting Unmute

We use Microsoft Teams Live Meeting for large town hall type events. As a producer there is a Mute All button that allows you to mute the other producers / speakers which is handy if someone does not go on mute or to keep the line silent for those few minutes at the beginning and end of a town hall. The problem we keep facing is if we use the Mute All button, nobody can unmute, and ther is no unmute button for the producer. So if we have a live feed of say speakers on a stage to present, they can never be unmuted. The only way we can get audio back is to completely kill the live meeting and start with a new link, which is hugely disruptive. Does anyone else have that problem? Is there a fix or workaround?

    Hi @Horan, Rory,

Would the attendees able to unmute themselves by clicking the Mic icon or Unmute themselves?

If not, would there be any error messages? Or the Mic icon just greyed out?
