Increase screen timeout minutes via Intune admin center for Ipad

Hello,
Ipad users wants to increase their device timeout set by Microsoft Intune. How can we achieve this via Intune Admin center. Please explain via kb article and screenshots.
In Device restrictions I configured below
Attached it to the device by a group and see the profile is installed on the device, but the device still locks after 2 minuts.
It says Ingnored by the device if the new time is longer than what's currently set on device.
But since it is a shared iPad I cannot configure the screen lock time on the devices themselfs because that option is not available since it is in intune.
How to solve ?

From your description, I know the device inactive time is 2 minutes. And we deploy a higher value via policy. But it isn't working because the time we deploy is longer than the previous one and the device will ignore this.
And on shared iPad, you find it is unable to change the screen lock time. After researching, I didn't find any method to do this. Maybe you can open case to see if we can get more help.
