Intermittent 400 Error with QuickBooks Online Connector for Azure Synapse and Data Factory

I am developing a data platform solution using Azure Synapse Analytics Workspace and we are using the QuickBooks connector (which I do understand is in Preview) to connect with the customer's QBO environment and ingest data for further analytics and processing.
We have an entire ETL process that is running nightly. On occasion (1-2 times per week thus far) this connector will return a 400 error during one of our copy activities. This same activity will run without failure on other instances. When that 400 error is returned by QB, they also invalidate the refresh token that we use to connect. Thus a simple restart of the process is unsuccessful until we manually retrieve and store a new refresh token.
Has anyone else run into something similar and/or have a recommendation on how to proceed? As the connector is in preview what is the best way to highlight and report on this issue for possible issue escalation with the product team?
