Hey,
when i try to connect to microsoft store using a user created on the company group i get the 0x801901f4 error, if I login with the computer's local administrator user i'm able to login at the micrsoft store without errors. The same thing happens if i try to connect to my microsoft account at office and e-mail but with different error codes.

Maybe it's a local DNS error. I already had this type of error in the microsoft store and what I did was reset my local network with renewed DNS, you can test this option.
