Dear All,

I'm having trouble with an azure backup agent (MARS).

Does not start the backup task.

It's all configured but it doesn't start.

I am sending you a screenshot of it so you can see it.

The task is configured, but at runtime it does nothing.

Only the programming for the next day remains.

Can you help me to solve the problem?

    Hi,

    Do you get any errors or logs captured in the event viewer? Check the troubelshootin steps over here and it should give you a good start to investigate the config -https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/backup-azure-mars-troubleshoot
