There shouldn't be any restriction on port 7300. To test this, I created a Linux VM and enabled SSH connectivity on port TCP 7300. I was able to connect and remain connected without issue.
To diagnose the issue with port 7300, you can follow the steps mentioned here. This will allow you to troubleshoot and see if there are any NSG rules which might be unexpectedly blocking that port. For comprehensive network troubleshooting you can use the Network Watcher to run testing and diagnostics.
