How to edit automatically accept or decline emails?

We have Teams panels for our conference rooms and when meetings are ended early, our users are receiving a decline message. I understand this is the default, but we are wondering if there is a way to edit this email to indicate that the meeting ended early instead of the decline message.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

By default, when a meeting ends early, Teams sends an email notification to all invitees that the meeting was declined. Unfortunately, it seems that there is no built-in way to modify this email notification.

However, you might be able to work around this limitation by creating a custom email message to send to attendees when a meeting ends early. You could do this by creating a Microsoft Flow (now known as Power Automate) that triggers when a meeting is ended early, and then sends a custom email to all invitees.

To do this, you will need to have administrative access to your Microsoft Teams account, as well as some familiarity with Power Automate. Here are the general steps you would need to follow:

Log in to the Power Automate portal at https://flow.microsoft.com/.

Create a new flow and set the trigger to be "When a meeting ends early."

Add an action to send an email to all invitees, using a custom message that indicates the meeting ended early.

Save the flow and test it to ensure that it is working correctly.

Please note that creating a custom email message in this way may require some technical expertise, and may not be supported by Microsoft. You should also test the flow thoroughly before deploying it in a production environment to ensure that it is working as expected.

Do you mean the check-in notification email?

If yes to my knowledge currently it is not possible to custom it.
