Hello,

I am using remote desktop services on windows server 2019 in my environment.

I have download the .RDP file from web browser to do remote desktop connection from windows 10 and windows 11 desktops.

Few of our users are using multiple monitors on their desktops hence, I am trying to disable multiple monitor settings in the .RDP file.

I have uncheck "use all my monitors for the remote session" and save the .RDP on client desktop. Once I save the file below error message encountered:

User's image

Also, I have configured the below mentioned group policy on the RD session host server but not working.

You can also edit the icon after download by hoping it in a text editor. Yhen modify the same field you did on the server side
