I have followed the below troubleshooting steps and successfully resolved the issue.
- Logged into the RD Connection Broker server.
- Accessed the below mentioned registry path on the RD Connection Broker server.
Registry Path: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\TerminalServer\CentralPublishedResources\PublishedFarms\CollectionName\RemoteDesktops\Collection Name - Modified the below registry key on the server.
Registry Key: RDPFileContents - Change the value from use multimon:i:1 to use multimon:i:0
- Click on OK.
- Download the .RDP file from RD Web Access Page and found that the issue
Issue Resolved.
