ms project not avaliable

We have Microsoft Office 365 A5 licenses and MS Project is included. When logging into the account, the Project icon is available, but when clicked on, I get the message below. I am the Microsoft 365 admin. Lorraine

    Hi Lorraine,

    I don't believe Project is included in A5. Project and Visio have always been add-ons. Check the table in the attached Microsoft PDF.
