keeps saying that database "luluBase" does not exist DETAIL: The database subdirectory "pg_tblspc/16386/PG_14_202107181/24825" is missing.

Hello,
When an attempt is made to access a postgres database, it throws this error (from wherever the attempt is made):
psql: error: connection to server at "lulurestore.postgres.database.azure.com" (52.142.58.184), port 5432 failed: FATAL: database "luluBase" does not exist
DETAIL: The database subdirectory "pg_tblspc/16386/PG_14_202107181/24825" is missing.
I have no idea how to solve this. I can't recreate the supposed missing file since I can't access the db in any way.
