Hello, Just want a simple straight forward solution to the bitlock issue. Purchased a victus 015 gaming laptop. Then did a microsoft update. Then got locked out by the bitlock. Cant gain access to the email i used on outlook. Can i just create another outlook email and then input the blue screen key id? Thank you. Franklin Soto 253 606 7912

    if you can't find the correct key then a clean install will be necessary.
