    Hello @Shiv Ranjan

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A platform. I am happy to answer your question.

Azure Migrate is not the solution for transfer of subscriptions from one type to another. Here are official documents from microsoft on transfers of subscriptions that provides brief details

Other subscription transfers to a CSP partner:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/transfer-subscriptions-subscribers-csp#other-subscription-transfers-to-a-csp-partner

Transfer EA or MCA enterprise subscriptions to a CSP partner
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/transfer-subscriptions-subscribers-csp#transfer-ea-or-mca-enterprise-subscriptions-to-a-csp-partner

Transfer CSP subscription to other offers

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/transfer-subscriptions-subscribers-csp#transfer-csp-subscription-to-other-offers

I have answered this on a similar thread here

    Hope this helps!
