Hi,
For our error, we can try the following steps to see if it is fixed:
Open SCOM Console
Click on Administration pane
Click on Accounts and find the affected RunAs account
Right click it and select Distribution tab
Check to see if the computer is already listed under “More Secure”. If the computer is not found in step 5, add it. Search for the computer by name, add it to the distribution, Select “OK”.
