I have Subscription permissions but do not see any listed (Your current access does not include permissions to view any subscriptions.)

Hi all,

I've gone to find the subscription ID on our Azure and I've got the "Your current access does not include permissions to view any subscriptions." error. I've gone and made sure I have ticked the "Access management for Azure resources" for myself and logged out and back in ?

If I also go to ADD a subscription it asks me to pay for a plan or sign up for a trial so I'm not sure if I'm missing something here or my Business Premium licence isn't enough ?
