Roy Li - MSFT 34,276 Reputation points Microsoft External StaffMar 6, 2023, 3:12 AM Based on the image, it doesn't seems to be a UWP applicaiton and it seems to be a third-party SDK. UWP won't use .net framework. You might need to ask in the official forum of that third party sdk.
