Certain domains not receiving verification E-mails

Some providers do not receive the E-mail verification code:

      • @magenta.de
  • @t-online.de

We are using custom policies and mails are being sent by Microsoft.

    Hello,

    Try using Message Trace in Exchange Online Admin portal:

    Check whether they are being received to your e-mail addresses and if they are failing--why they are failing. You may have some policies set up that are blocking these types of e-mails or forcing them to a spam folder.
