I can save documents to One Drive
- Do you mean you can save documents to local OneDrive folder or OneDrive online?
- Is there any error message when you login to OneDrive desktop client?
it does not synch and I can't get to it again through file explorer
- Do you find these saved documents in local OneDrive folder?
- If you can find them what icons are next to them?
Besides, is there any error message when after you open them?
- If not, is the OneDrive icon on the taskbar fine?

- Please uninstall OneDrive, then re-start computer to install it from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/download.
- If iCloud is installed on your computer, I suggest you uninstall it for troubleshooting.
