Help me synch One Drive

Question

I can save documents to One Drive but it does not synch and I can't get to it again through file explorer. How can I fix it?

I can save documents to One Drive

• Do you mean you can save documents to local OneDrive folder or OneDrive online?
• Is there any error message when you login to OneDrive desktop client?

it does not synch and I can't get to it again through file explorer

• Do you find these saved documents in local OneDrive folder?
• If you can find them what icons are next to them?

Besides, is there any error message when after you open them?

• If not, is the OneDrive icon on the taskbar fine?

1. 1. Currently, I suggest you reset OneDrive to check this issue.
2. Please uninstall OneDrive, then re-start computer to install it from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/download.
3. If iCloud is installed on your computer, I suggest you uninstall it for troubleshooting.

Personal Onedrive or Enterprise OneDrive.

If Personal OneDrive, please make sure the network is fine.

If Enterprise OneDrive, cloud you please contact IT to check whether they set up Azure Conditional Access for your OneDrive.
