How do I fix outlook app from crashing?

When I am attempting to access my work email on the outlook app, I run into trouble at the same point every time. I’m as to add the account. It reverts back to the authenticator app. The screen then says “your organization is now protecting its data in this app. You need to restart the app to continue.” Once I restart the app, outlook prompts “Device passcode required. Your organization requires you to enable a device passcode to access this app.” I hit OK and the app quits. If I reopen it it’ll do the same thing. I’ve tried redownloading the app, restarting my phone, updating my phone, and erasing my phone entirely and redownloading it. I’ve tried downloading the app on another Apple device and it works. What’s the issue?
