OS -- windows 10 . I keep hearing random notification sounds from the laptop. I have disabled all notifications but could not get rid of this notification. When I disabled intel(r) usb 3.1 extensible host controller - 1.10 (microsoft) the notification was supressed.

How to get rid of the notification?

What is the impact of disabling -- ( as per device manager there are two of them but issue is with only one of them)?
