Change TimeSeries to 12 hour format in X-Axis

Hello all,

Is there a way to change the x-axis format to 12 hour format with AM and PM? In the plugins, i see the clock has both 12/24 hour format setting.

Based on the Grafana docs for controlling the date/time format option, they are controlled by adjusting server-wide settings in the Grafana configuration file. However, this file is not accessible to users for Azure Managed Grafana for now.

You could submit a feature request here for consideration.
