How to connect Printers to my on-premise active directory window server?

imagine I have workstation where there are 5 computer domain joined, and there is one big printer where everyone print, but how should I make the printer connect to my Active Directory so that every users can print?

Or I don't need to do anything to my Active Directory and they can print without doing anything?

(All the Computers are joined with domain from window server Active directory)

    It depends on the printer and let say if it is Network Connected printer, then you will need to configure your network to permit computers connect to printer. You could manage some settings, have a look at:

    Hi, Printers can't be joined to AD. Shared printers from a server are supported by adding a Print Object to AD. Once you publish the shared printer, your DC will create a printer object which has a property to direct the client machines to connect to the shared printer. There is not a way to publish the IP of the printer to the domain. Thanks
