Unable to login to portal.azure.com

Question

Hey, I'm a happy user of Azure :) maybe you can help to login to protal.azure.com. I've added 2FA but the phone stopped working, I've recovery email and recovery password. I'm getting new codes, but none is working. i.e. I'm getting emails with security codes, but they don't work. I've tried to call by US number https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 and it's not helpful, the robot said solve your problems online. (very helpful :) ) I'm really surprised stable and robust auth process is. I hope you can help to recover my account.
