Win32 FAX driver not working properly when invoked from Microsoft office 32 bit in Windows 11

Hi,

We have a Win32 based Fax driver. We are facing some issue only in Windows 11 and Microsoft office 32bit applications. When we print from Microsoft office application and select our Fax driver, then we invoke printer properties, after closing printer properties when we click on print Microsoft Office application hangs and doesn't respond. This behavior only happens in Windows 11 with Microsoft office 32bit applications. Please help us understand if anything is changed windows 11 regarding this scenario.

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Windows Fax Drivers.

There can be some compatibility issues with x32 bit drivers with Windows 11, I will suggest please upgrade your Drivers to x64 bit also , please check any Event logs or Verbose logging from Drivers
