I want to run a program called PKHeX.

I was told to install .NET Desktop Runtime, so I installed it, but it still looks like the picture above and doesn't work.

How do you solve this?

Please explain in detail.

Maybe you should also ask the author of this program.

Or perhaps the program can be recompiled on your computer from public sources using Visual Studio Community 2022.

Please ensure that the architecture x64 is right.

You can try to manually download the .NET 7.0 Desktop Runtime (v7.0.2) - Windows x64 Installer and run it as administrator.

Then, restart your computer and run that program again.

I installed it correctly with architecture x64.

I installed it and restarted it, but it doesn't work.
