Azure - "Your account is under review" question

Hi,

After trying to create "Free Trial" subscription I got "Your account is under review" message. Can you provide info why my account is being screened and how log does it take for the process to be completed?

    Microsoft Azure has different compliance requirements for other regions. The best solution is to contact Azure Support; Billing and subscription management support are available for all customers. With Azure support, you can ask about the status of your account and find out what can be done to resolve your issue.
