How to access the Approval data (via Graph API) for approvals app in MS Teams?

For an approval workflow, I'm using the approvals app (in MS Teams).

From the community forum, I have learnt that the response data for an approval workflow is accessible via the Microsoft Graph API using below call:
: 'teams/{id}/approvals/{id}/responses'

I am able to find the Teams ID from the group link but cannot find the approvals {id} to trigger the call. Can you kindly explain how to call this API
