- You can raise a ticket in Azure Portal using the Help + Support Section:
- Click on "Help + Support" > Create a New Support Request.
- Issue Type - Billing
- Subscription - Select the Subscription you have charged for
- Summary - Describe your issue in a single & short line
- Problem type - Unexpected charges
