I got bill from microsoft azure but I do not know the reason. I never choose the service from you and even more, I do not know how to use the azure.

would you please stop charging my money and tell me a way to contact with somebody?

    Method 1:

    1. You can raise a ticket in Azure Portal using the Help + Support Section:

    1. Click on "Help + Support" > Create a New Support Request.
    2. Issue Type - Billing
    3. Subscription - Select the Subscription you have charged for
    4. Summary - Describe your issue in a single & short line
    5. Problem type - Unexpected charges

    See if any recommended solution helps you. If not, proceed for next steps to raise the support request

    Method 2:

      1. Send the Email to AzCommunity@microsoft.com, supportmail@microsoft.com, supportcommunication@microsoft.com with the following details:
    1. Reference this Q&A Question
    2. Azure Subscription ID
    3. Time of occurrence in UTC
    4. Resources Usage, Billing Details Note:
    5. Mention your contact details in the Email.
    6. Do not post any sensible data in the comments publicly.
