Problems connecting to my account for over 1 year (cannot use the product)...

Hi, not sure at all if this is a right place for this, but... finding no answers anywhere else so I give it a try!

I started a test period of microsoft 365 business last year for my small business, and then it shifted into a payed one rolling over a year. The thing is that I don't remember the logins (the username or the password) for it (created something there and then just for that test), and can't use the product OR login to delete it or get help to solve it, clarify it. And then today I received a mail saying that the prenumeration is being renewed again, for another year... and yes, I am receiving the bills every month through email and paying for it, but can't find a way to contact anyone to stop it or solve it so at least I can use it. NOT easy to find real support these days, since all is automated........

My fault messing up with different accounts (starting a new for a test period, which I then easily forgot....), but does anyone here have a clue how to find a way with this issue?

    Dear Sofia, your case is not for this community because providing access requires several verifications and Microsoft is very careful with customer data.
